Error Message / Sympthoms:

The SFT file doesn't get streamed

Potential Causes:

%SFT_SOFTGRIDSERVER% is used in the OSD file but not properly set as a SYSTEM variable on the client

Potential Solutions:

• Check spelling of the variable name
• Check spelling of the variable value
• Check if the variable is set as a system instead of a user variable
